Salem Alumni Tell Students To Plan For College.

Former students of Salem Middle School returned to the District on Tuesday, January 5, 2010 to discuss their college experiences and answer questions posed by students and staff.  The college students enforced the idea of focusing on schoolwork today and starting to plan for college now.  Our eleven visitors were warmly received by our students with much applause and laughter throughout the surprise assembly.  This was a wonderful opportunity to hear their college stories which will enable our students to envision life beyond high school for themselves.
