ram Salem High School

October 24, 2014

It's that fun time of year - cooler days, football games, pumpkins, changing leaves and Halloween costumes on display! It's also an important time of year when Salem students and staff get the chance to participate in a life saving event - the Annual Fall Blood Drive! Partnering with the American Red Cross for over 30 years, our annual Fall Blood Drive will be held in the gymnasium on Friday, October 31st. Anyone who is at least 16 years old is eligible to be a donor. It all starts with a leader. Let it start with you by signing up to donate!  More information will follow regarding recruitment.

Get Up and Move After School Activities include Aerobic Kickboxing on Tuesdays, Yoga on Wednesdays, Zumba on Thursdays. All activities are held in C38 from 2:45 pm - 4:00 pm.

Representatives from various colleges will be visiting Salem High School. You can sign up to see them in the Guidance Office.

Information for various art contests is posted outside C35, the art room. Various awards and/or scholarships are available throughout the year so please look often if interested.

Lunch today is Pepperoni Pizza Bagel, Cheese Burger on a Whole Grain Roll, Roasted Sweet Potatoes, Chick Pea Salad, Fruit & Milk.
