Salem City School District has been awarded $42,863.67 through the New Jersey Department of Education’s Elevating High-Quality Work-Based Learning Grant Program.

This funding will expand career preparation and work-based learning opportunities for students enrolled in Salem High School’s Career and Technical Education programs. Through meaningful partnerships, career exploration, and hands-on learning experiences, students will gain the skills, knowledge, and real-world experiences needed to succeed in college, careers, and beyond.

The grant supports Salem City School District’s continued commitment to preparing students for future success by connecting classroom learning to high-demand career pathways and workforce opportunities.
